The survey process is split into two distinct sections - you pay half the fee for the written report and half for the site inspection. So why not just pay for the inspection?
If you’re on a tight timescale or if your budget won’t stretch to a full survey, you can instruct our building surveyor Chris to inspect the property on your behalf. He’ll assess the structure in the same detail as he would for an RICS Building Survey, but deliver his findings to you verbally that very day - face to face, or over the telephone.
Our Director Chris Newman is a Level 4 registered Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA), allowing him to produce commercial (Non-Domestic) Energy Performance Certificates across Manchester.
As a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Chris is more qualified than most to produce accurate reports, yet keeps his fees at a more than competitive level. His advice can be invaluable when considering energy improvements to your commercial premises.
As a Registered Valuer and Chartered Surveyor with three decades of valuation experience, Chris is one of Manchester’s foremost valuation professionals. He personally provides valuations for a number of purposes, combining an extensive knowledge of Manchester’s particular property stock with expertise in the mathematical and analytical aspects of the property valuation process.
We can provide valuations for probate, matrimonial, taxation or private purposes.
