Back in 1976, Chris started out on the path to becoming a Chartered Surveyor at Southampton College of Technology and Shirecliffe College of Further Education in Sheffield. He gained entry to the Independent Surveyor’s & Valuers Association (ISVA) in 1980 and was granted the distinction of ‘Fellow’ of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors when the two entities merged in 2000.
Drawing on 40 years of surveying experience, Chris is undoubtedly one of Manchester’s most senior, respected property professionals. That huge breadth of experience means that his skill-set is extremely wide, allowing him to offer a range of building surveys, defect analysis reports and independent valuations to his Manchester clients – all delivered with great care and attention to detail.
Lisa manages the admin team who work hard behind the scenes to support our chartered surveyors and ensure we can meet deadlines without comprising on quality. She offers over two decades of secretarial experience and a ruthless efficiency forged in the high-pressure environment of a busy London surveying practice.
She says: “To many of our clients, finding a practice that can work to the very strict timeframes set by the many organisations involved in buying and selling is crucial. If we were to create delays, our clients could lose out on that dream property. We make it our mission to produce first rate, comprehensive reports on time, to the highest possible quality.”
